Can the post-MBA role (Associate, Consultant) count for L1A visa? Or does one need the manager title

Hi Fishes, I am currently working as an associate consultant in Infosys. But my work is of manual+automation testing. I want to switch now, but I am confused b/w Business Analyst and Automation tester role, which role would be better for me to switch? Also regarding salary which is a high paying role among the two? Experience-3 years CTC-7.5

@slalom, i have applied and interviewed for an associate consultant role and have passed both the technical and behavioral interview. I have an interview with a director on wednesday. looking for insight on if this is typically an interview or a meeting for an offer.

I got offer from NTT data business solutions India. They offered 12 LPA as fixed for Associate consultant position. And if I choose to leave the company , I will need to serve 30days notice period.
Is the notice period for probation period or full time emp? In offer letter nothing has been mentioned about my terms of employment but HR is saying it’s the full time employment. Can I trust them ?
Current CTC - 4.67 LPA, 2.9 yoe

Got an offer from GE Appliances , Capgemini and DXC which organization would be better to join .GE appliances and DXC is offering the same CTC where as Capgemini is a bit lesser
GE Appliances is offering an role of cloud Engineer and Capgemini is offering as Associate Consultant.

From 1 of the auto mailers I noticed Capgemini is offering me B1 position (associate consultant)
By the time I compete my notice period I'll have total 4 YOE. So shouldn't it be B2(consultant) atleast?
And do I need to discuss this before receiving offer letter or post that?
