I am joining Deloitte USI on 4th Aug..I received invite for virtual onboarding session but for same day I received an email for laptop collection from office. What does it means do I have to attend session from office or need to go to office post the virtual onboarding session??

I work as a Solution Specialist (sales rep) at an Authorizer Verizon retailer. Phone/wireless sales is not something I want to do forever. I have 4 years mobile sales experience and 3 additional years of niche sales/ customer service experience. I’m feeling stuck and every career/job move fells it is a step backwards. I had a quick question

Had a call with audit leaders last week and were told that they haven't finalized the office building and they will get possession of the new building in Pune only by Jan 2023.

Currently they just have the ITS with the seating capacity of 30 people.

Now for audit they want us to go to office 2 days every week. How are we supposed to do that when they don't even have an office? But they are still adamant to get us back to office location by June 1.

Is office going to open and be compulsory to attend from Jan?

Has anyone started working in Pune office?

In the interviews they precisely mentioned the role is for "SAP Solutions Architect" and not a normal SAP development role.
