I am not sure how you are keeping it up but work at Barclays is too boring. It's basically very slow, repetitive and as per requirement of onsite folks. Sometimes it feels like we don't have any say in processes, just execute like a machine. I see many in a similar situation- 18 years and still a VP working on the same stuff like classifying jiras and assigning user stories. User stories are also basic. Even copilot automations can dramatically reduce the workforce by 20 percent.

So took FAR today, felt good about it. For the most part I felt questions were from stuff i ready and felt was easy. Now am not sure if I got everything of it but I also know1/2

I am starting a new role with a new company and will have 6 direct reports. Although I have managed teams before in a consulting project setting, this will be the first time in industry.
