Is Deloitte or Accenture hiring in Healthcare? I can’t seem to find any positions below Senior Manager. I would be at Senior Consultant-Manager level. Have mainly commercial provider experience but have done some life science as well. Thank you everyone!

Retirement question: Currently 23 and will max my 401k ($19,500) but wondering if Roth or traditional is best here? Currently 24% tax bracket, so with a Roth I will be taxed upfront $4680, but if I go traditional I will additionally put $4680 to work in a traditional IRA (essentially either way I will be committing $24,180 to retirement yearly). In this case, would a Roth or traditional be a better choice? I feel more invested early to compound is important, but will taxes be exuberant in 40yrs?

BIPOC who started working in healthcare advertising and eventually were able to leave, how’d you do it?

My spec book gets me interviews for junior and mid copywriter positions, but when they ask me what kind of work I’m doing at my current agency, the whole conversation goes south. They either become immediately disinterested, or beam up and suddenly the interview is only about an open pharma role, which is more frustrating because if I want to stay in health I’d go for copy supervisor roles.

Is it possible to work 1-2 years as a junior associate at a super boutique doing a combination of fraud/abuse and transactional work in the healthcare space and then lateral to biglaw to practice securities law? I’m happy doing health law, but it’s not what I want to do long term and I worry the longer I stay in that space, the harder it will be switch to the kind of law I truly want to build a career in.

Anyone been hired through Solomon page temp to perm? How does payment work? They’ve contacted me 3x about a role but I feel like I can’t swallow not having benefits unless I get offered full time. Also getting paid through them seems like it could be sketchy.

I was recently offered a Senior 3 position at EY within GSP in a tier 2 city. Starting base salary is $130k with a signing bonus of 6k. Really just seeking guidance on what I can reasonably negotiate regarding salary, signing bonus, and other benefits. I have 6 YOE and was initially interviewing for a manager position. Currently $160k M3 in Healthcare, have opp. in consumer goods (former industry I used to work in) for $200k and 20% but not sure jumping prior to promotion makes sense. Would SM pay be equiv?

Recently came back to Accenture and had some PTO that was paid out by my previous company. I received a final paycheck at the beginning of September with my health benefits deducted and then two weeks later I received another paycheck for my PTO payout with my health benefits deducted. I guess the company really wanted their money for me being covered until 9/30.

Law schools in Toronto - I am currently working as a Senior Auditor at EY & finished my CPA modules in less than 12 months & successfully passed CFE, September 2021 (Fasttrack) while working full time. I am really interested in getting into a top law school here in Toronto but unfortunately I had a low CGPA (3.15) from undergrad due to some unfortunate incident, mostly impacted my grades.
