I appeared for an interview for the role of Technical Product Manager. The interviewer was the hiring manager of the team. The interview went well, there were many positive outcomes in the interview like the hiring manager asked me if I was comfortable working at a specific time according to the Canadian Time, he even said that he will talk to the HR to get in touch with me early this week and also asked me to mail any further questions I have regarding the company and the role which I did.

Hi, my I485 is pending. Priority is July 2014 EB3. I-485J is for a software developer but I moved to different role (HR) within the same company. How will it affect my GC processing? Is there a way I can move to a different company in HR? Or is it best to stay with the same company until I get my GC?
