I applied for a role - got selected - discussed salary expectation with HR and shared my documents. HR made my profile on portal and asked me to upload documents which I did. Post that silence - calls/messages not replied to and in the portal I still see shortlisted but the role I applied for has been updated from what I applied to originally. Silence has been for a week or so. Do i take this as position has been put on hold or something and move on or do they take time?
