Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

So I have to keep smiling ?
This sounds suuuper Gen z.. not a lot of juniors have a ton of respect yet. You earn it, along with the trust, over the years as you gain experience. But ya sure, try being more of a hard a$$ and see how that works out for you with creative leadership.

How do you earn it?

The best personality for success is yours. However, an energy shift is needed if you feel you're being mistreated.
You're not a door mat, so be firm. But keep your energy calm, respectful and professional. There's no need to force smiles, but just avoid RBF on the job.
If your assignment deadlines are running together and you're overloaded with work, then speak up. Have a conversation with your CD, so ya'll can work something out.
If your plate is too full, things will fall off and be a mess. And no good CD wants that. A reasonable CD would get another AD to handle any additional tasks when you're swamped.
Hope this helps.
Try and work with other CDs. Sometimes you just can’t impress everyone and it’s not worth it to change their opinion about you if they’re dead set on it.
this is a bold strategy. How do you feel they’re disrespecting you?
do you do good work? deliver on brief and on time w interesting ideas?
Stick it to the man
Or asked to be switched teams
Is this the CD who hired you?
What sort of behaviors - yours and theirs are contributing? Bosses can make life miserable
So is that the problem? Cause you’re really not saying how you’re being mistreated. If the work is never good enough, is it never good enough from anybody? Or is he playing favorites? Or is your work not rising to the True level that is expected?
