Is anyone applying to in-house jobs and wondering how to find out salary range before investing too much time with interviews? I would like to avoid asking about salary up front but I don’t see any other way to find this information.

From the personal experience..if u r attending amazon interviews..pls discuss abt the package and the band prior to interview schedule.. or else it s jus a waste of time... band 4, 5 or whatever should be in the Jd.. don't go with verbal communication... thy ll change the plate quite often

I’m a tax senior in big 4. Which role in the industry has a better career trajectory in terms of growth and pay: senior accountant or senior tax accountant? I do a lot of tax provision and starting to find tax interesting but I’m not having a lot of luck finding openings for in house tax roles.

Hi all, I’m currently at B of A in the Raleigh NC area and looking for a remote/hybrid role. I have 14 YOE with the majority of that in retail leadership. Most recently I’ve led a team of 50 remotely in support of business banking. I’m looking for an ops focused or business banking strategy role in the Raleigh area. Just got a new kitten. We already had a cat that is 4 years old. She has never hissed ever in the two years we had her and now she hisses at the new kitten. We are doing slow introductions between doors and things like that, but there seems to be very little improvement. Any other tips or tricks anyone can provide?

So I just moved states. I’m staying with a parent for a while in a pretty large house and my cat keeps hiding for hours on end (I think to snooze). Any thoughts? She’s spent time with me and I walked around with her while she explores. And she’s ventured solo. Seemed she’s warming up well. Except this again. I admit it’s giving me horrible anxiety that she won’t respond at all until I locate her because even I’m learning where things are and want her to be safe. This is the third time 😭
