Jumping ship isn’t as risky as it used to be in advertising, loads of people move on quickly from their first agency gig, especially if it’s a poor fit or the culture drives you nuts. If you’ve got a better offer, take it, but ideally try to stay at least six months to a year so your resume doesn’t show a pattern of leaving super fast.
