The last episode was a snooze fest. After Daemon’s stupid storming of the caves, this was a new low in the series. 1 hour of literally nothing happening except sanctimonious virtue signaling and puzzling logic (Alicent is just forgiven for going behind her back and burrowing her way to Queen consort? I have 3 YoE and would be moving from engineering. the HR person asked me what my salary expectations were I was caught offguard and said I would expect it to be at least what I make now (around 100k). Im now worried theyll lowball me because I really shouldve asked for 120+bonus (I think this is market rate?) But they have salary bands they follow right?So if they pay consultants 140 usually would they offer me 100k?

Business Analyst (Internal Hire) working in freight technology knowing I am incredibly underpaid.

I’m in my 2nd month as an internal hire (formerly a Pricing Analyst). I did negotiate for a higher salary when I made the transition receiving nothing but the promise of a conversation to reevaluate in three months.
