I recently interviewed for L7 EM at Google and had 4 great interviews and one not so great system design. I submitted external referrals all of which gave great feedback. The recruiter said the next step is team match/interviews and then the HC. Anyone in a similar situation? What was the result? Google

I have 7.5 year of experience in Microstrategy BI tool. I have got offer from Accenture for 15.96LPA and 27% variable pay. I got another offer from infocepts for 16LPA fixed with 5% variable.
Could anyone please help me guide which is better to join. As in Accenture I am told that I will have to work in 2-11 shift where I will be getting 10k extra. Infocepts I am not aware of the project they will put me in..

I have 2 years of work experience in previous company (SAP consultant), but I couldn’t learn anything as my project team just used me for some data entry of project & I lost my skills. The TCS interview also didn’t ask any difficulty questions in interview and they hired me. Now they have directly allocated me for a project and my TL is giving me work based on my experience, but I’m not able to fix the issues on time🙆🏻‍♂️. Any suggestions?

Any books/self help materials for someone who is constantly worrying (and waste a lot of unnecessary time)? E.g. No matter if i pass or fail an interview, there is always something to worry about. The worrying/anxiety multiplies when I proceeded further in the interview stages. Now that I signed the offer and is pending background checks, my anxiety is off the roof as it itches closer to my starting date.

I joined EY GDS in February this year at 24lpa.

My current engagement is going to get over in june and I have no idea what kind of work will follow.
Although whatever I have heard regarding the salary structure,bonus and annual hikes seems good here.

I recently gave an interview at BOA and I think I have cleared it. I quoted HR ectc at 35lpa.

Mostly I see people working at the BIG4 switching within the four.

3 yrs ago I applied for HBS 2+2 and get ding.

This year, I got GMAT 760 GPA3.9+, plus an advanced degree from Top 10 school.

I did tons of volunteer work with leadership position in organizations. I got two promotions on fast track in a fortune 50 company. Supervise 4 employees. Hire a very good consultant and I really think my essays are really good.

And then... I only apply for GSB and HBS...now HBS even no interview dinged...

I work primarily on 3 major gov’t contracts one of which I am also the PM and I am working on skills with R, SPSs and Access. But what can I do to get closer to the six figures?
