Hi All. Traveling over the holidays from MCO - CUN. It’s been a really long time since I’ve traveled internationally and the first time with my family of 4. What is the process these days for checking in and how much time should we plan on ahead of the flight time? Thanks for any tips in advance!

Can anyone tell me if there are any MCO’s or mental health agencies that try to maintain a realistic case load size for their behavioral health case managers? I’m considering changing companies. I have considered companies such as Elevance Health. Molina Health, but don’t want to end up in the same situation as I’m currently experiencing. Thank you

Just curious about caseloads and job expectations for other BH or RN case managers who work for an MCO… what is your caseload size? how many visits per day? are you completing visits in-home or video? how many hours per day are you working? I’m trying to decide if I should consider other options. Thank you

Hey everyone- I need advice on pivoting from an MCO to hospitals. I am a young healthcare professional with an MHA. Prior to graduating, I had a solid year experience interning as an administrative consultant in a hospital and I loved the environment. However when the pandemic hit, I ended up in managed care/insurance side. I would like to step into an administrator or practice manager but Im afraid my lack of direct healthcare setting experience I would have to take a low paying role. Any tips?

Any suggestions of a nice place to kill time and rest at MCO and MIA?
I will have long stopovers on both, and the lounges I found will be closed during that time :/

I will be traveling to Orlando MCO and renting a car in 4 weeks. I had originally planned to use the visitor travel pass for tolls but just realized that has been suspended. Is there another option or do I just let it go through the rental company and pay the additional fee for that "service?"

How's MCO on Thursday nights? I've heard mixed things... with precheck I've been told to arrive anywhere from 1 to 2 1/2 hours prior. ps. 7 of 18 on upgrade list.
