I have already accepted offer in Accenture but I got another offer and reached out to HR for revised compensation. The HR mentioned she will work on it and provide revised offer letter only 15 days prior to joining. Also I could see the application has moved to inactive tab saying offer accepted. After moving to inactive tab will they provide revised compensation letter . My joining date is in another 25 days

Some recruiter in Accenture lined me up for an interview for a role which was not in my skillset ( by saying that this is just an evaluation exercise and they will map me to the right role) and obviously I got rejected. Now I see that I am not eligible to apply the role which I was targeting for the next 6 months. Any idea how can I get this escalated so that the recruiter ( Accenture employee) should at least be careful in future before fooling a noob like me?
