I have an interview on Monday, but I found out I'll be travelling for a client meeting that got rescheduled unexpectedly. Now, I won't be back until Monday evening. Should I reschedule and be upfront about the work travel, or does that hurt my chances? I don't want them to think I'm not serious about the role.

I’ve worked in clinical research in the academic/non profit world for the past five years. I want to transition to a role in pharma or a CRO, but haven’t been successful yet because I don’t have industry experience. Does anyone know of any CROs/pharma companies that are willing to hire someone with research expertise from an academic medical center rather than already in industry? Thanks!

I got offer from natwest on sep 20 and i got mail regarding Pre employment screening on 22 September and from my side i uploaded the all documents to the verification and one of the executive visited my present address for back ground verification on 28 sept.till now i didn't get any mails regarding completion of PES.can anyone explain me that how many days it will take for the process.
