I got offer from natwest on sep 20 and i got mail regarding Pre employment screening on 22 September and from my side i uploaded the all documents to the verification and one of the executive visited my present address for back ground verification on 28 sept.till now i didn't get any mails regarding completion of PES.can anyone explain me that how many days it will take for the process.

I am currently on an L1A visa and have applied for GC via EB1C. BCG has also applied for an advanced parole. Given the current wait times to get the AP processed, I am not sure whether it’s worth the wait. The other issue is that I cannot leave the country until my AP gets approved otherwise it will get discontinued. Let me know if I should wait it out and get the AP?

Need some insights on the Production Management Analyst role in NatWest Group India.

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

My CTC is 15L.. year of exp 5.8. may i know what is the max salary range for B7 role.. i heard that normalisation will happen if our ctc is more than the max salary range for our grade.. how much avg hike we can expect in the upcoming appraisal cycle?
