Guys don't worry. If First advantage team is not asking for any more documents/clarifications that means you are good to go.
If there were some issues you must have been contacted by them to provide clarifications
One of my friend had a bad experience with Natwest and Pes screening. Till last working day (a day before joining date) , he did not receive pes completion mail. Natwest HR say they do no have any idea on Pes... And Pes vendor did not give any detail for reason of delay plus no confirmation whether it will fail (they confirmed in case it fails they do not share reason).
Luckily his current company gave counter offer last day so he cancelled Natwest offer...

Don't worry. One week before your doj you will get your pes clearance mail.
Even if we are not getting the PES email, nothing to worry. Just have a constant talk with your HR and hiring manager. Unless the bgv teams needs something from us, they usually don't email

Same challenge, Pes team says they won't confirm with you and NatWest does not respond. be ready with at least one more offer.

Hello, i also received the letter on sep 20 and have to join on Nov 7. I called the first advantage team and they said NatWest will call just before the time.

hey i got an offer letter from natwest on 18 june on 20 june i have upload all the documents for my background check but the company didn’t send the approval to the PES checking company to start the process and it’s already 15 days can someone help me in this
I have not server NP letter with a company 9 years ago my experience is 16 years. I don't show it in my resume and it's around 1.5 month gap should I tell hr upfront or is this not an issue. I worked for 2 tier 1 company post that but none asked. It is still showing in pf history though. Not sure what to do. Any suggestion on how many years natwest does bgv

It will take time also the process is too slow and there is a chance that you may not hear anything from them as well.
