I have given interview with Ford Chennai. Having 6.5 years exp. But not sure on salary grade as HR has not revealed it during negotiations. But what is the best package they can offer me ? Is 25 lpa fixed + VP a good package? SAP ABAP tech stack. I have 1 month notice left. No big offers as of now.

Two company A&B gave more or less package X+3 Lakh.

Can we still negotiate with company A Or B to get top up from X+3 to make a clear decision to choose over one other.
