Currently looking for a remote job in the banking industry. I have 17 YOE - 10 in retail community banking in Deposit Ops, Lending Ops & accounting. The other 7 was at a Banker’s Bank in Correspondent Lending Ops then for the Exec Team and BOD as an EA with special projects for Execs. I have several areas of interest and have applied so far at PNC, KeyBank, Regions and FRB Boston. I also just finished my BA in Bus Admin and have Assoc. in Accounting. I accepted a new job, they said PTO was “generous.” I find out it’s 19 days a year of PTO (which includes sick days). I have two young children and we like to vacation 1-2x a year (no more than a few days away each time). Am I crazy that this is pretty limited time off? 8 of the normal holidays off during the year (working the week between Christmas and NYE). Thoughts? I dont know if lack of PTO is a good reason to back out, is it?

I am scheduled to fly from NYC to Mumbai via Paris next Wednesday (Jan 5) for a ~10 day trip. Have any of you, your family, friends, etc. flown a similar route (I.e. from US to India via Europe) in the past week? If so, what is the arrival process (Covid test, quarantine requirements, etc.)? My father has been very aggressive and keeps on creating quarrel like situations at home day in and day out.
I care for him a lot. However, i have tried both calm and aggressive tones during quarrels, but it also didn't help.
Now it's becoming unbearable to keep on getting involved with his quarrels over little things... considering this scenario I am also not proceeding with matrimonial process as not sure how the girl will handle this
