I have joined TA as Data Engineer in January 2025. Till now I haven't got into any project. Some projects got into hold even after interviews. And for some projects the interviews are very tough (even thougher than company's interview itself). Seems like they are short on projects and have very high expectations (not even giving any chance to work). Seeing other people who have joined since November and even as recent as March are having same issues. Not sure what to do !!
