My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ? I’m 18 yrs of exp, working at Ford in a cloud architect role with a salary of 31lpa (26 fixed + 5 variable). I’m getting offer from Bank of America with fixed ctc of 41lpa for avp designation. Hey fishes, I am hearing Tiger Analytics is rescinding offer letters floated to candidates. One of my acquaintance was supposed to join as analytics consultant but they rescinded the offer 3 weeks before his DOJ. Does anyone have information regarding this?

Tiger Analytics has started firing their new joineers(freshers) as they don't have adequate projects. I don't know where the freshers will go as they haven't done any project as such.

This is just pathetic from organization. They are just firing people owing to failing a test of certification, for which other company gives 3 trials but they are giving only one try with negative markings

What sort of questions are asked in an interview for Senior Analyst(Data science role) I have an econ background. And experience in analytics not in data science.
Examples would really help. Thanks!
