Is there any way to track the application status in Tech Mahindra? Can Tech Mahindra employees track the application for someone to check offer letter status? I submitted documents last week for the offer procedure, initially HR picked up my calls, now he is disconnecting the call.

Hello all,
Would like to know specifically about Queer inclusion at SocGen Societe Generale. What is the attitude of mangers and HRs towards treating LGBTQ identifying candidates? Is company really inclusive or it’s just a lip service? Considering an offer with the company but being an out and proud Queer woman, super anxious and concerned.

If it’s the only thing they’re working on then I would say a couple months. I assume implementing payments would be done via Square or any other payment solution. Setting up all the infrastructure takes some time too.
It can definitely be done faster but my estimation is based off nicely structured code files and proper technique. There are people I know who can throw stuff together super quick but the code is spaghetti.
It's entirely up to the complexity of your site and the size of their team. If you want a basic e-commerce site with PayPal and/or CC payment, my guess is it would be about 1 month at it's fastest and probably 2 months at it's average in order to iron out the wrinkles. When I was in college I got a team of developers create me one off $2.5k & it took them about 2.5 months. Recently I made one in about 2 weeks that would fit more of a e-commerce style, in college I made a non payment one in about 30 hours. Animation, amount of products, individual pages, security all of this will be a factor and much more. You will also need to figure out your cloud space and where you will be hosting. Your typically at the mercy of the team at that point, though some know all platforms.
This is quite the loaded question. It completely depends on everything. You don’t even really need an experienced web developer, you just need an experienced squarespace or Webflow designer/developer (which isn’t always the same as a website developer really).
