Additional Posts in Tiger Analytics India
I joined Tiger Analytics with CTC of 9lpa. When I check in greythr IT statement, it shows 7.14lpa.
In the CTC payslip, it shows 75k per month as my salary. But this month I got 61k.
I understand they deduct tax, but I feel it is too much. IDK where I'm losing the money. Can someone tell if this is normal. I'm a fresher so, IDK much about it.
Also, what can I do to pay less taxes? Any help on that?
WLB is better than most analytics companies. Moreover, every 3 months you get to complain any issue with senior management, so if at all there is any problem in any team it gets addressed.
In terms of culture, as you said tribe attitude is what they want to go with - everyone collectively, focused on task at hand, taking care of our own. They do what's possible in the WFH setup.
Learning and growth gets addressed easily. They show no hesitation in moving people from one project to another.
Salary on time has never been a issue in last year, while I am here. Tiger is 2000+ people now. You don't have to doubt such things.
Thanks man!! This was genuinely helpful
