I have received offer from HSBC, in offer letter they have mentioned fixed CTC, but they haven't mentioned variable pay, is it normal? How's is the variable pay at HSBC do they offer fairly based on performance or is it like they try to give as low as possible giving business reasons and so?

Just started at a bank - bonus cycle ends in October. My contract says I receive a prorated bonus. Do I not receive a separate fixed stub bonus?

What should a coder/biller/transcriptionist make with over 15 years of experience? I am currently the only person in the office that can do those jobs with no backup. Now the problem is they released offer for 11thJuly saying will preponed in case bgv finished early.
Today I again got a mail for 18th july extension.
