My company has been recently absorbed, and my creative team has formed our own creative agency with lots of fun branding projects. We are starting to function as our own studio and price out projects. How much do agencies generally charge for Branding packages?

Got aoffer from a local tech startup as a entry level AE-MSP. I am 22/M and been with my current company for only 2 months as an AE but hate everything about the job except the pay and W/L balance. I’m tired of working from home and wanted an opportunity to work at a team based social environment for some time, so was excited to hear about this offer.
