Different personalities for sure. I’d focus on whether the manager’s style works for you day to day, and if the recruiter’s positivity reflects the company culture. Meeting multiple people can give a lot of insight into what it’s really like.

I agree with this. I always weigh the hiring manager more heavily because that relationship shapes my day to day reality. Recruiter energy can signal culture, but manager behaviour tells me how work will actually feel.
The person you will report too is the only one that matters.

I agree. The person I report to matters most because they control priorities, pressure, and growth. A great recruiter cannot compensate for a manager whose style drains me over time.
Best you can do is wait and see. It sounds like you did really well in the interview. I would just focus on that and then wait to hear back.
