I joined Wipro on the 27th of September. Never went to the office till date. Today I received a mail stating 1st non-compliance instance that I didn't went to the office on November and leaves will be adjusted accordingly. Is it a warning mail or leaves will be deducted for sure???

2. Normally how many hours we need to there in the Wipro office in order to avoid non compliance?

3. Is attendance will be auto captured in Mytime or do we need to manually enter? Can we enter wrong office hours?

I resigned from Cognizant recently and now the manager is saying they will raise a request for Canada work permit for me.

My question is how genuine can that promise be ? Anyone faced similar situation before ? How Canada work permits generally happen here in CTS and how many months it can take ?

Have received offer from TCS and tentative DOJ I gave was 27 June 2022.
There are many people who can see doj in "offer and day 1" section in iBegin portal (even those who have doj in July).
But I cannot see..
Wat can I do in this situation..
