Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

My Accenture recruiter told me that in order to revise my current offer she would need to reject my current offer first and no need to worry on that part. Is this normal? Please provide genuine feedback.

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told. It’s a lot different than what was relayed in the posting and during the interviews. Additionally, they hired my counter part in as a senior manager which is at least $30k more than what I make. I hold an offer of 18LPA from KPMG with joining date of 7th September. (Wfh)
I applied at Workday on 15th May and went through 7 technical rounds of interview and received a verbal offer letter of 21LPA (hybrid)
Now apparently their technical panel "forgot" about the interview and wants to have a discussion again as 8th technical interview. HR says their joining date will be 19th September.
