1. What would be my minimum salary
Please be noted that I'm spending 1.5L -1.8L pm for my family expenditures (family of 2) with the similar way of expenditure how much should I earn?
2. Which country would provide better opportunities to Bigdata Engineer?
3. Is it better to stay in India with 21LPA or should I consider relocation to other countries?

Yoe-2

Base - 20LPA
Bonus - 10LPA (over 2 years)
RSU-137 (over 4 yrs) worth 13.5 LPA,standard Amazon vesting

I moved to my current company just a month back but Amazon process was in progress, so leaving in probation. I don't think they considered TC of my current company (17 LPA from 7.5 LPA) as it's been just a month. Any views regarding the offer and TC offered.

I had cleared all the rounds in S&P and had salary discussion 1.5 month back. The HR is always saying the management is on leave and will soon get the approval and release offer. Today she shas asked for one more week to release the offer. Should I wait for it or move on. Are they waiting for some other candidate to join before rejecting me at last moment. Only 10 days of my LWD are left.

Anyone have idea on below companies. Which is better in terms of WLB & hikes? Both offering almost same CTC.

Can someone help me on what should one ask for B8 position for project management having 8 years of experience .

Working for a big insurance provider and currently at a grade 6 individual contributor role and want to get a grade 8 manager role. Managers make 40% more than my current salary on average. Is it crazy to think I would get offered that because it’s a senior position? I know 10% is a promotion raise at the company but that wouldn’t make sense jumping up 2 levels. Thoughts?

Some PMs always catch my careless mistakes, and call me out hard. Now whenever I get an email from them I assume the worst and get anxious. The more I get anxious the more mistakes I make, and terrified this will lead to me for being “incompetent” and will get fired/passed up for promotions, then I mentally shut down at work and stop trying. Always been outspoken and an overachiever, now becoming shy awkward and quiet. I get panic attacks at work and feel trapped in my own body. Pls help!!

I am Chinese, and I notice many of my Chinese peers are extremely concerned about flaunting wealth and brands. So many wear Yeezys and other name brand items. I know not many are like that, but...

So i have been fortunate that i have managed to go through my career without the need for a degree. I was lucky enough to have been hired by one of the worlds top consulting firms, worked with a whole lot of big clients and travelled a lot. It's gotten to the point where I am not even asked about the lack of a degree on my resume. Personally though, it bothers me. First day of 30mg vyvanse today. Had a rush of energy and hyperfocus (too much so) about 2-4 hours in, but had a complete crash 5hrs after taking the pill (just a wave of fatigue, felt very good after a quick 15min nap actually) and not sure if it had any effect after. Is this normal? Should I stick it out for a few days or is this a big sign that I’m not on the right meds/dose? Nervous to keep trialling this during the workday since a midday crash is not ideal.
