I really like the Madewell ones - zero time to break in and walked miles around Europe in them. Only complaint is that I have very high arches and the elastic goes right over the highest part of the top of my foot so it was very tight/cut in a bit and hasn’t stretched at all - so I alternate days of wearing them.
