What's the review process for firms. I have people getting rejected but I haven't heard anything. Is it interviews, offers, rejections? Or is it review/ interview and rejections then offers.

Given number of interviews but no one are ready to give more than this even if I reach last rounds.
I am confused right now like should give some more interviews or join the unisys?

Is unisys good company to join and how about wlb and hikes in unisys?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k. Both are more than I’ve ever made (Denver, 17 yrs of experience but completely different practice areas).
