I learned from HR that we are required to visit the office two days per week. I have a few questions:

Is this policy the same across all service lines and locations?
Can these two days be chosen freely during the week, or are there specific days (e.g., Monday or Tuesday) designated for office visits?

Im currently going through industry change.
Im a pastry cook with 4yrs experience and the average salary start for this position is now at $22/hr here in vegas, especially in the strip. But cooking/baking is not my passion. So im changing into veterinary medicine and im seeing that the starting rate for a vet tech is around $16-18. Why is that?? Why are people in the vet med industry being paid so low?? Something needs to change. Labor of love aint enough for the people in this job.

The company I am working for wasn’t what I saw when I started. I made a mistake being a manager. I feel run down and will late in the night making sure things are in order just to be told all the things I’m doing wrong. The location I work for in this company has had managers that had nervous breakdowns and I’m afraid I’m heading that direction.

Maybe this isn’t the right thread but can someone weigh in here? My last role as an analyst was called BA2, I had senior level responsibilities minus the people manager part. Is it right to put senior business analyst on job applications for a sr. BA role?

How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?
