Question on H-1B and LCA. 1) If one lives in New Jersey and works in New York and LCA is already filed and confirmed for H-1B, do they need to file another LCA with home address now that they work from home due to covid? 2) Also, for state tax withholding, HR might need to update “employer work location” on HR profile. Does that require filing of H-1B amendment - maybe it is considered employer address changes? Does it require another LCA? Stick both LCA on wall?

I got an offer at Infosys, but in offer letter they have mentioned to join the company in one and half month, but my notice period is 3 months, I have dropped an email to HR saying same and he agreed the 3 months notice period and will sent the revised salary in next month, can I assure that HR will send revised offer letter on next month??, In btw he told me to accept the offer letter for now and I did it.

1.Mastercard - 19.3 LPA(18 fixed + 1.3 variable) (Analyst role: career level: 8) . I feel Senior Analyst should have been my role considering experience.

2.HSBC - 19.8 fixed + 3.9 variable = 23.7 LPA, Manager role(band: 6)

3.EXL Health Care(SCIO) - 21 fixed+3.5 variable +1 joining bonus = 25.5 LPA. Band B1.

Any suggestions of benefits, WLB, career growth, job security etc.,

I left Education and started on my software company's small Automation team October 2019. Our immediate supervisor/head of QA left Thanksgiving. Now my only other team member put in his notice. My company doesn't have QA pay levels and my title is inaccurate (JR QA Analyst). I am told to research what I feel my salary should be and dicuss with new head of QA after they start in a couple weeks.
