I like the quiet reset that comes with a new month. Not dramatic goals, just small adjustments. I am thinking about where I overextended myself and where I could have stepped back. What is one boundary you want to strengthen in March?

A big thing for me is trying to be intentional about working ahead of time and not waiting until things are due to start on them. I've been noticing I've been backsliding into this habit, and I need to stop before it becomes a serious problem.

Is April month salary slip generated in FIS Global ??? Mine is not showing, when it will generate?
I doubt they didn't give me quarterly variable , I joined in mid February and even salary came less than previous month.
Did they deduct tax in April month salary of it is then fine because they didn't tax in March month .

I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare. Currently self employed for a year to work on investing. Do I literally need a partner level referral to get back into Audit? I thought there was an accountant shortage.
