Can we get some experiences from people for Microsoft Federal consulting? Specifically the account delivery roles? Things like work life balance, time remote vs on client sites, compensation, etc? Have cleared HCL interview. Initially they offered 23 lpa (via proposed offer letter, to be approved by L4), but i requested to reconsider it for 25 lpa. After 5 days, they sent final offer letter of 19 lpa (stating they can offer max 50% as per L4 approval).
