I moved from WD transaction role to WD func role via IJP. However, after moving,I found that most of the configs are done by vendor (ex deloitte). So mine looks like a BA or Cord role.

I moved thinking of learning funct aspect like BP configs, CR creation etc but its been a year and I have not got any hands on practice. Now I want to switch but can’t because I feel less confident about my workday skills. The areas I am currently managing is HCM and RECRUITING with recruiting as a primary.

Anyone in need of a hybrid to plug a gap in their team/an extra resource in the lead up to Christmas? If so get in touch.

Hi Everyone!

A company has made an offer and I wanted to understand if i'm being made a fool.

The monthly compensation is 1,37,500 (16,50,000 yearly) and Variable component (Bonus) is 1,50,000.

However in the offer it says "You shall be paid an annual compensation of Rs. 16,50,000/- per annum Cost to Company."

Which to me sounds like it doesn't consider 1,50,000 to be a part of CTC which is suspicious to me.

How should I deal with this?
