I passed the HSBC assessment last week but haven’t heard anything from HR after that. How long does it usually take for first interview to be scheduled after passing the assessment?

Current CTC 20 fixed. YoE 11.
An offer HSBC is in pipeline ( 28 fixed as per Recruitment consultant). Position offered is Senior consultant specialist.
However I know that there is scope of pushing the offer till 36. Any inputs on getting the offer to desired figure would be helpful.
