I recently gave an interview at Nice Actimize, cleared 2 technical rounds with ease, also got good feedback after both rounds, but then came the skip level interview which lasted for whooping 90 mins It was not managerial round even though which was said by HR. The person didn't allowed me to complete the ans, he would keep on interrupting in between, it was like he was just looking for a red flag, so kept extending 45 mins of round to 90 mins, then next day I got mail of frustratating rejection

I have cleared interview with Wipro a month ago and after 15 days I received a simple mail from HR saying you are selected.

Since that day, there is no communication from HR team of Wipro . I tired of sending multiple emails and when I tried to call he always declines my call.

Between director of respected technology is reaching me and he wants me to join ASAP and take over the project work.

What should I do now?

Myntra :15.5 base +1.5 joining + 7 stocks(4 years) + relocation
Coinswitch :15.5 base + 1.5(joining+retention) + 2 performance bonus paid yearly.
Which would be a better choice ?

Our senior creative leadership keep talking about winning Cannes Lions and D&AD pencils but none of them have actually won any since 2007 (that’s 14 years 😭 ) and between all three of them they’ve never won more than a couple of silvers, a couple of bronzes and a couple of in-books (that’s with a combined experience of over 60 years 😭).
