Larsen & Toubro Infotech Hello Everyone I want to know the work life balance in LTI. I've heard that the culture is like BPO you've to spend 9 hours in the office even if your work is completed. They are very much strict about timings. If you're login time is 10 it should be 10 if you login at 10:15 you need manager approval. The projects are also of supports? I'm selected as Java developer in Lymbyc(LYM) Bu. Please it would be really helpful if you guys give me some insight especially Larsen & Toubro Infotech L&T Techn

Haven’t heard great things about Mercer either
How would you rank them compared to competitors (Aon/Radford/McGlagan, Korn Ferry Hay, etc.)?
I believe WTW/Mercer/Deloitte are on-par (although Mercer/Deloitte people may disagree), only due to our breadth and depth of compensation consulting capabilities. I feel like Korn Ferry, boutiques, and other Big 4 are not too far behind, but mostly because WTW/Mercer pretty much focus on this space.
Aon/Radford is interesting. I see Radford more for data usages, I’m actually not familiar with their consulting arm. In terms of data, Radford/Aon lead the way with tech and life sciences data, WTW/Mercer relatively the same in terms of our data quality.
As a side note, I recommend to try compensation consulting but it’s definitely niche and less people focused…
Yeah I hear you. Certainly niche. I’ve seen tons of consulting openings. I’ve thought about going into it to broaden my HR experience. Any idea where it could lead? Looking to maybe go in house one day. Could help with becoming an HRBP or something.
