I recently received a job offer for a Senior QA role. The company offered me the lower end of the range. I’m planning to counter to better align with my experience and market benchmarks. I'd love some insights and tips to consider going in. Thank you

Recently lateraled as a public defender in HCOL area to ID in LCOL area for $$$. I’ve been at the job a little over a month. My concerns are that I’m getting very little guidance or mentorship, and I’m worried about not hitting billable hours (2000 requirement but I am just over 80 for the first month). I am only in charge of a ~5 cases atm and struggle with figuring out the next steps, etc. I’ve met all my deadlines that have come up. Thoughts or advice?

Struggling with imposter syndrome here. Over the past five years at my employer I went from independent contributor as a developer to a more of a Leadership position. what I’m finding though is that I don’t get nearly the kudos or mentions that I used to as an IC. I really hope I’m doing a good job

What are the pros and cons of joining a Captive Organization for Salesforce ?

It is true that in service based consultings the learning curve will be better coz we'll get to work on a lot of projects compared to a captive organisation ?

How should one decide? Can someone list out the pros and cons of both. It would be really helpful for a lot of people.
