As if the lines weren’t already blurred between traditional.
I’m the only usdc person on my team and now I’m gonna have to travel more than my core coworkers lol
If you’re working on a USDC project or have a solid amount of project teammates based in the local USDC office, then I totally get it. I’m on a long term project based in DC and everyone I work with, for the most part, is in DC. In my situation, I’ll be co-locating for badge swipes in an environment where I’ll be grumpier and way less productive.

Same! I literally don’t have a single teammate from my USDC office.

The expectation is UP TO 30%, which is encompassing of in-person learning opportunities, office events, and our 10% co-location/project travel counts towards this, as well. Yes, it will be part of our year-end for the teaming and leadership domain, but it’s up to you and your Coach to craft and tell that story.

I mean it’s now apart of the teaming dimension for PY25, meaning they could theoretically lower your rating by being remote and place you on BCLP…
Someone knows how they expect to track this?

It’s even more asinine that this applies to only Consulting and not Advisory.
The 100miles radius requirement is the real issue
I wasn’t paying 100% attention, but I don’t think they were mandating exactly 30%. The exact words were “up to 30%”. The biggest thing is the fact that co-locating will be part of year end stories, so Managers will likely try to push more in office events.
