I started my current job a few weeks ago, but I already know I need to leave. It’s a mess because I have a big gap on my resume right before this, and now I have to reach back out to recruiters I said no to last month. Do I include this tiny stint on my resume to show I was at least working, or is it better to leave it off and explain the gap? I want to sound professional but honest.

I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned.
