New C from MBA, is it normal to get tough feedback during your pairing? Scared my review won’t be good especially with this market

I’m feeling stagnant in my career and looking for ways to grow. I was considering obtaining a PMP certification and wondering how impactful this is. Is this certification well recognized?

As a Deloitte sponsored mba I’m prevented from interning at another consulting firm. What would be the best industry to intern in to set me up best for MBB in the fall of the 2nd year? IB? Tech?

Currently a MS in Finance candidate. Got into the MBA program with a finance concentration at the same school - Johns Hopkins. Don’t care about target , non -target (already happy with my role, industry, firm). What’s more valuable in terms of longer term prospects between the two degrees? Any thoughts or guidance?

Hii, I have 2.5 yrs of experience and I'm changing my career from Mechanical field to IT field. Especially RPA domain. I have been trained by an experienced professional and I have through knowledge of Blue Prism and Ui Path. During training I have worked on some example projects but I have no on paper experience. What is the best Change Management certification? I see Prosci everywhere but I recently learned about the one offered by Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP). I’m currently a Sr Program Manager within the Change Management arm of a small boutique firm looking to get certified in hopes of exiting into a better role/company.

So, a recruiter gave me feedback that my lack SPHR or SHRM-SCP is causing my resume to be knock out by AI and human recruiters despite my position and work history in Multinationals and being in Technology. They suggested that we put SPHR ( Lapsed). I let it lapse in 2017. What is your opinion? Plus if I were to take another certification - should I take SPHR or SHRM-SCP?

Summer intern at BCG. I've been told by a few people that you need to spend your first few cases "earning your stripes" to gain staffing optionality or be servile/loyal to a pyramid to gain access to the cooler case work within that PA. It's seemed particularly emphasized at times.

Is this the standard at McK? I'm trying to guage the staffing optionality and openness of McKinsey culture to direct your random walk.

Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.
