I used to feel really good about my skills and what I bring to the table. After months of rejections (and a lot of silence), I just can't tell anymore if I was ever as capable as I thought I was. Every application that goes nowhere makes me feel worse. How do you stop a long job search from making you feel worthless?

At the risk of repeating cliches here but upskill. Take courses, try new things in your own industry that you haven’t done before, experiment with new tools, listen to possible, read books, reports, analysis.
This isn’t me lecturing from the outside: I’m currently dealing with my applications going nowhere too. That feeling of worthlessness is almost inevitable after failures but the only way to fight it is reclaiming worth. I may not have gotten that offer yet but damn it if I am not more qualified than ever in my life!

Hi,
I have 2 years and 7 months of experience as a DevOps Engineer. Currently working as Senior Software Engineer in a MNC.
I have worked on the tools such as Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git (GitLab and GitHub)/Gerrit and Other DevOps Tool Chains such as Artifactory and Monitoring Tools. But not cloud experience like AWS, Azure (have on Premises cloud exposure).
I'm looking for job change. Any leads will be appreciated.

Hi,. 24F YOE = 2years10months Work = DevOps and cloud (AWS) . I have two offers, both from same work. SAP Sal 11.7 fixed + 1.3 Vpay = 13LPA Airbus Sal 14.3 fixed + 2.7Vpay = 17.5 LPA and 5L joining (should be given back if early exit in 3years) Both companies have other benefits apart from CTC. Can anyone suggest which one to decide? I have some idea on SAP labs but not sure about airbus when it comes to work life balance, career growth, team. thank you and much appreciated
