I worked at a company for 2 years, promoted 3 times and up for a 4th. However, I was sexually harrassed by an upper manager and the place became a very hostile environment that I had to resign from. It's been 2 years and I have worked at several companies that were toxic and underpaid but did not know it at the time. Currently working as an in-house SEO for a big ecommerce company (fortune 500). Currently earning 65K CAD. Contemplating a position for SEO manager on another company, SaaS B2B, very small office (<50people), pay around 80-100K. It's not a startup.

Did anyone made a move like this? From a big company (SEO team has 5+ people) to a very small company? I'm worried about job security and how stressful this new position would be, considering I'll be the only SEO professional there.
