Interviewing with Apple next week for the roles of Global Supply Manager (GSM) and Worldwide Procurement Analyst in Austin. Does anyone have any tips or advice for the interview? What kind of questions do they ask?
Also, what’s the compensation like in Austin specifically? I would think the compensation would be different than Cupertino. Anyone have any offers or salaries for these positions in Austin?

I feel like at best this is one of those “pick 2” things. The work is good and culture good but WLB sucks. Or good culture and WLB but the work is boring. Or work and WLB are good but it’s toxic. Pick your poison.
No, but I guess I hope. I think the first two are definitely the more common- either the work is lackluster or the WLB is awful.
Intouch Solutions (Chi) is pretty good! Except for launch brands...

Said agency.

They are all the same. Long hours, painful processes, infinite rounds or revisions, messy routes, lots of back and forth, boring work, etc

That’s so wild to me I’ve literally been on a brand that has us billing at like 75% and that’s a stretch. They just pushed us to a launch because the brand team made the work so delayed.
Pretty happy at H4B Chelsea. Work life balance is good — the occasional late night but that’s no different than anywhere else.
The work is mostly HCP which is kind of a shame because I’d like to experience more patient/consumer — but lots of exciting new biz work/launches coming.
I love our culture. I truly feel valued and cared for. Im working on a team where I’ve met almost no one in person but leadership has done a great job keeping us “social” while being remote.
Completely agree with that at the HOV (newly to be renamed since we’ve expanded so much in the year past hematology and oncology) I also work pretty much equal parts on DTC and HCP which I love.
Happy to say The Bloc is delivering on “people first” promises for me, so far. :)
I’m still new-ish, but have heard (and seen) some great efforts to move things forward.
Heartbeat is killing it in terms of culture and making genuine efforts in terms of work-life balance. But I wouldn't want to be a producer here. We're going to have to address that.
I was also a producer there. Work life balance was NOT a thing. Culture is fake. Leadership doesn’t really care. Except for maybe Michelle.

Can't say I love the work life balance where I am, but the culture is ok? It comes down to clients being insane and nobody challenging them.
Nothing. Pick your poison. I say make sure you read them right on the interview and make sure they’re someone who you want to work with. Everything else is all the same.

Really liking the work/life balance where I’m at. DDBH has Friday MyDay and it really helps ease into the weekend without the craziness of back-to-back meetings.
Not havas, I’ll tell you that much.
My team at Havas is great.
MRM for culture, people.
Pharma is pharma wherever you go— it’s what you make of it and how much you can convince clients to break the mold. When you can do that, you get to do really interesting stuff.
