I was on LOP for 3 months in Wipro. After 3 months they made me voluntarily resign. My last working day was 25 September. Today I received an email from Wipro with a Provisional Final Statement statement saying that I have due of 54363 that I have to pay in 7 working days. Can someone please explain to me what this is about? And if I don't pay that amount I get the experience letter and reliving the letter.

I have received my first offer letter which they wanted me to accept by e- signing it and after i did that theh have sent out form 11 and other documents to be filled in 2 days.
I have never filled form 11 and other personal details untill 1 week before my joining date.

My joining date would be after my notice period which is usually 2 months.
Should I share the person details and form 11 they asked for now itself?
Will it be a problem if i don't wish to join the company later
