So I finished my 3rd interview with a company and the TA specialist said they loved me but can’t meet me at my bottom line salary, however, I said I can negotiate and she said she’s going to speak with the decision makers and see if they’re okay with that. Got an offer for SE III at a large tech company. Product I'd be working on interests me and I think I could grow more than in my current role.

Currently I make 180k base and have ISO/RSUs @ startup (60k/yr worth on paper, but won't be worth anything for a few years, if at all).

The offer is:
Base: $166,500
Target Bonus: 10% ($16,650)
RSU: 120k total (30k/yr)

Thoughts on offer? Should I counter?

Additionally there's a yearly target RSU bonus about equal to the cash bonus. Thoughts? 4.5 YOE

I'm having total 7+ yoe (5+yrs embedded developer + 2yrs in FuSa automotive) Initially HCL have denied what I've expected for automotive FuSa and they have given an offer of 10LPA with a justification that my relevant experience is less, now I'm holding an offer of 18 LPA and asked HCL for a counter offer for the same position what do you guys think will HCL offer me this much?

Join any dam company in world but dont join lala company HCL. Worked there for 20 days only last yr and 1year later i got my relieving letter after multiple tortures of legal notices for not serving notice period even though when they themselves released me.. from 160k to 0 that i paid them.
