Does anyone have a boss or leader that nitpicks at everything you do, and also doesn’t recognize your work? Do they tend to have favorites? I started at this company fairly recently, as well as some members of my team. None of us has even been in the company for 4 months yet and we all want to leave because of our leadership team. I’m hesitant to look elsewhere since it “shows that I don’t stay at the company long,” but my goodness we are going insane!

What resources do you use too prospect for new SMB Clients? Currently in telecom sales and my Power Partner for referrals just left their company. Would love some fresh ideas!
