What’s a good experience gift for a 3 year old? She has gotten subscription boxes and tickets to museums in the past so anything that’s not that.

I would give experience over gifts, so ski school, instrument lesson, art class, etc. anything that could help her find hobbies or passion.

I overlooked that but 100% support giving experience

I mean she’s 3 so maybe an art class of some kind?

She likely won’t remember it unless there is something tangible or a skill that comes out of it. Even then, not very likely it will be a concrete memory.

A $10 art kit, & a gift in amt you choose for a 529 or similar

Music Together was one of the best things my kids ever did.

Saw that Cassandra would be good for it, but not sure what the GCP equivalent is? But also I'm a bit confused on if Cassandra is just a DB and storage would need to be elsewhere? All help is welcome! What are your thoughts on invoking the rule of sequestration at a deposition in a case in state court? I have heard some attorneys argue that it is inapplicable, while others have argued that it does apply.

And does your answer change if the "extra" person is adverse to the deponent? For instance, a corporate plaintiff having two reps at the defendant's deposition.

Denver culture (and suburb areas): interested to know how easy is it to make friends here. Both husband and I are late-30s, early 40s with a kid going into middle school. I’m moving to Denver with my husband and cat from Dallas. We are 39 and 40. No kids, we will both be working from home. The idea is to rent for a year and see if we like it. I’m interested in the nature opportunities and I’m in ok shape. Otherwise we are homebodies but committed to making the most of our time there within reason. His sister and family live in the Central Park neighborhood but we don’t have to be around there necessarily. Where should we be looking?
