I would like to share a concern regarding my interview process experience with Mindtree.

I shared my details with Mindtree for an interview, but the interview was never scheduled. Now, when applying elsewhere, my details are flagged as duplicate since they were already taken by Mindtree. This is affecting my chances to attend other interviews. Requesting Mindtree HR/recruiters to kindly look into this and help clear my details from the system. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

How long did it take you to find the right position the first time you went in-house? I am 5 months into it and regretting turning down the (lowball) offer I got a couple months ago.

Not dealing with this currently have dealt with it in the past. My parents started out opposites but now believe similarly. I’m wondering if it is possible in this day and age.

One of my best friends growing up just passed away. We lost contact with each other a year or two after graduating high school and I recently came to learn he was was battling cancer the past 5 years and ultimately succumbed to the illness. He hid it well from everyone and led a very private life during it all. To make matters worse, he had just turned 25. Seeing pictures of the condition he was in towards the end of his fight broke my heart. I wish I had known so I could’ve been there for him.
