I made it the final round "panel" interviews with Amazon for a hardware engineering role. Anyone got any tips or experiences with Amazon interviews for a HW-oriented role?
It's 5 hours total, first two rounds are with managers. What I've done in the past is give as many examples as I could for HW solutions that I worked on highlighting the tech skills. Wondering if I can do more?

What kind of consulting do you mean? And by PMs, do you mean Product Managers? (or project / program managers)
If we’re talking about strategy consulting (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, etc), then I found their interviews to be much more difficult than the ones for Product Management: the standards for structure, mental math, and business sense are much higher IMO.

Ownership of customer problem and demonstrating ability to execute and deliver is key in consulting interviews, of course there is a degree of variation based on the level and type of role you are targeting
